Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi for a Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, developing job postings, conducting interviews, and maintaining talent pipelines. The specialist will also collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, ensure compliance with hiring regulations, and support onboarding processes for new employees.
Qualifications:
* Strong skills in recruitment, talent sourcing, and maintaining talent pipelines
* Experience in job posting creation, candidate screening, and conducting interviews
* Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software tools
* Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional HR certifications are a plus
* Previous experience in the financial sector is beneficial but not mandatory
