The Operative-Technical Agency of Georgia of the State Security Service of Georgia is announcing the Vacancy of Software Engineer, specializing in C/C++ programming. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop, test, deploy, and maintain system services using the C/C++ language and relevant tools.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement robust system services using C/C++.
Analyze and process binary data at scale.
Develop tools and services for monitoring and analyzing network traffic.
Build and optimize applications for large-scale data analysis (Big Data).
Ensure high performance and reliability of system applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
Maintain and improve existing codebase through continuous refactoring and optimization.
Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities.
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience in C/C++ development.
Strong understanding of operating systems, memory management, and multithreading.
Experience with system-level application development.
Experience with big data analytics frameworks.
Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.).
Exposure to big data tools or processing large data sets is a plus.
Strong architectural and system design skills.
Solid debugging and performance tuning skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
