**Project:**
* .NET 8
* ASP.NET Core

* xUnit for testing
* Razor for the templating
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead the development team and ensure effective **task allocation and workload management**.
* Organize and facilitate **code reviews** to maintain high code quality.
* Promote and enforce **best practices** in software development (coding standards, testing, documentation).
* Collaborate with stakeholders to **analyze requirements** and define technical solutions.
* Ensure adherence to **SDLC and Agile/Scrum processes**, including CI/CD pipelines.
* Support team members through **mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing**.
* Contribute to the design and development of **scalable, maintainable solutions**.
**Requirements:**
* 10+ years of commercial experience with **.NET development**.
* Hands-on commercial experience with **React**.
* **Fluent English** (spoken and written).
* Strong **communication and leadership skills**.
* Experience in **task distribution and team coordination**.
* Proficiency in writing **clean, maintainable code and unit tests**.
* Solid understanding of **software development processes** (SDLC, Agile/Scrum, code review, CI/CD).
* Experience with **cloud platforms** (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
**Nice to have:**
* Experience with **solution architecture** and system design.
* Knowledge of **DevOps practices** and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
* Familiarity with **microservices** and distributed systems.
* Hands-on experience with **performance optimization and application security**.
* Background in **mentoring or growing junior developers**.
