**Requirements:**
* 6+ years of experience
**Must have:**
* Strong backend engineering background
* Hands-on experience with Golang
* Experience working with LLMs (integration, API usage, building solutions based on language models)
* Fluent in both Russian and English
* Customer communication, code review, defining coding standards, converting business requirements into technical solutions
**Nice to have:**
* Experience with Python
* Knowledge and practical experience in Machine Learning
* Experience building and maintaining high-load systems
* Experience with microservices architecture and API design
