**Requirements:**
* 4+ years of experience
* 1+ years of experience in AdTech (DSP, SSP, targeting, business value and metrics, revenue/relevancy)
* strong experience in testing 10+ microservices
* english level – B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or more
* ability to work with software documentation for both development and quality assurance
* full stack qa: automation (50%) / manual (50%)
* functional testing, backend testing, client/server architecture, API testing (REST), testing theory
* required: Java, SQL, GIT, basic UNIX, Postman, Redis (highly preferable, but not a strict requirement), Docker, experience analyzing application logs for errors in systems (DataDog, ELK or similar)
* nice to have: DataBricks, Kubernetes, X-Ray, non-functional testing, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Elastic, testing of Vector/Hybrid search, data pipelines testing (ETL/ELT) soft skills:
* strong ability to keep in mind a broad business and technical context, and apply it in real-time decision making
* high level of autonomy: able to take ownership of tasks, proactively gather missing information, and move forward without waiting for step-by-step guidance
* capable of leading QA for a feature or epic end-to-end — from clarifying requirements and writing the test plan to driving release to production
* nice to have: able to coordinate and delegate QA work for larger epics across other testers
