**Job Title:** Software Engineer, Staff – Oracle EPM FCC/TRCS IT Product Owner

**Job Description:**
In this role, you will serve as one of the Product Owners of an agile development team covering the Build and Operations and Maintenance of two Oracle EPM application products (FCC and TRCS). You will be responsible for:
* Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the Oracle EPM Forward Pricing (FPRP) and Indirect Budget (IB) applications meet business needs.
* Overseeing product build, backlog, and requirements documentation.
* Working with Lockheed Martin IT business analysts and developers, as well as professional services, to achieve product team objectives.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
* Communicating with stakeholders and the product management team to understand their needs.
* Working with other Product Owners to ensure smooth handoff between teams and understanding of cross-team impacts.
* Providing clarity of scope and oversight to a team of analysts and developers to ensure products satisfy users’ needs.
* Ensuring the functionality and products produced by your team are high quality and reliable.
* Prioritizing items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and mission.
* Ensuring the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what will be worked on next.
* Ensuring the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the needed level.
* Optimizing the value of the work the Development Team performs.
* Engaging with leadership to report status and escalate risks/issues to drive to a quick resolution.
* Guiding the maintenance of our Oracle EPM Financial Consolidation & Close (FCC) and Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS) applications.
**Basic Qualifications:**
* Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on Oracle EPM applications.
* Understanding of IT principles, including software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and IT service management.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to think critically.
* US Citizenship required for this role.
**Desired Skills:**
* Experience with cloud-based EPM solutions, including Oracle EPM Cloud, specifically with FCC and/or TRCS.
* Certification in Oracle EPM products or related technologies.
* Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
* Experience working in a large, complex organization with multiple stakeholders and priorities.

* **Ability to work remotely:** Full-time Remote Telework. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
