**Job Description:**
We are looking for several Recruitment Sourcers to support the Talent Acquisition team of a large global organization. This is a fully remote role focused on sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates across a variety of functions. If you enjoy fast-paced sourcing, structured processes, and working closely with an experienced recruiter, this will be a great fit.
**Responsibilities:**
* Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
* Build targeted talent pipelines across different role types.
* Manage outreach and communication with potential candidates.
* Support initial qualification where required (short text/voice notes).
* Work directly with an assigned recruiter as your daily partner.
* Maintain organised tracking and reporting of sourced candidates.
* Potentially assist with messaging automation tools (training provided).
* Communicate clearly with the TA team in English or Russian.
**Requirements:**
* 1+ year of experience in sourcing or recruitment (agency or in-house).
* Fluent Russian and good English (written and spoken).
* Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
* Comfortable with high-volume sourcing and tight deadlines.
* Strong organization skills and ability to work independently.
* Experience working remotely with international teams is a plus.
**Nice-to-Haves:**
* Exposure to fast-scaling or global environments.
* Familiarity with messaging automation or CRM tools.
* Understanding of tech or commercial talent markets.
