**Flutter Developer Trainee**

**Location:** Georgia, Tbilisi
**Employment Type:** Full-Time (Hybrid)
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain advanced Flutter applications for iOS, Android and Web
* Collaborate with backend developers and project managers to deliver seamless user experiences
* Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and stability
* Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
* Stay up to date with the latest Flutter updates, libraries, and best practices
* Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart
* Proven experience publishing apps to App Store and Google Play as well as building and deploying Web based Flutter Apps
* Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, state management (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod), and version control (Git)
* Experience with Firebase or similar backend services
* Knowledge of mobile and desktop UI/UX design principles
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
