**Job Title:** Product & Operations Assistant
**Reports To:** COO

**Responsibilities:**
**Communication & Coordination:**
* Handle and prioritize incoming emails and messages.
* Communicate with customers on routine and follow-up topics.
* Translate discussions into clear action items and tasks.
**Task & Process Support:**
* Create, track, and follow up on tasks across teams.
* Remind stakeholders (including COO) of deadlines and priorities.
* Maintain operational checklists and simple documentation.
**Technical & Product Support:**
* Assist with software testing (manual testing, test scenarios, bug reproduction).
* Log bugs and feature requests clearly for developers.
* Understand product logic and explain it to non-technical users.
**Operational Ownership:**
* Independently manage recurring operational tasks.
* Identify gaps or inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
* Act as a reliable backup for routine decision-making.
**Requirements:**
**Must have:**
* Strong logical and analytical thinking.
* Basic understanding of software systems (APIs, web apps, workflows).
* Ability to work independently and prioritize without micromanagement.
* Excellent written communication (clear, structured, professional).
* High sense of responsibility and follow-through.
**Nice to have:**
* Experience in QA, product support, or operations.
* Experience working with task trackers (Jira, Linear, Notion, etc.).
* Customer communication experience in a tech environment.
