**Job Title:** Senior Flutter Developer

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain advanced Flutter applications for iOS, Android, and Web.
* Collaborate with backend developers and project managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
* Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and stability.
* Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
* Stay up to date with the latest Flutter updates, libraries, and best practices.
* Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart.
* Proven experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play, as well as building and deploying Web-based Flutter Apps.
* Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, state management (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod), and version control (Git).
* Experience with Firebase or similar backend services.
* Knowledge of mobile and desktop UI/UX design principles.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
