**Responsibilities**:
* Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Python
* Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers
* Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following best practices
* Implement automated tests and ensure high code quality and performance
* Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
* Optimize systems for scalability, reliability, and security
* Take ownership of end-to-end feature development and delivery
**Requirements for Application (Technical)**:
* 4+ years of professional experience with **Python**
* Strong experience with **Django**, **FastAPI**, or **Flask**
* Solid understanding of **RESTful API** design and implementation
* Proficiency in working with **relational databases** (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and **NoSQL** (e.g., MongoDB, Redis)
* Experience with **Docker**, **CI/CD pipelines**, and containerized application deployment
* Familiarity with **cloud services** (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure)
* Good knowledge of **unit testing**, **integration testing**, and **debugging** techniques
* Proficiency in **Git** and collaborative development workflows
**Soft Skills**:
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Proactive attitude and sense of ownership
* Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setup
* Experience mentoring or guiding junior developers is a plus
