**Job Title:** IT Specialist

**Job Type:** Full Time, Hybrid work position
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide onsite IT installations and support across multiple locations in the country for planned and on-going events.
* Actively participate in every stage of store opening/closing.
* Be an active part of an international team of IT specialists to support store opening processes for the full LPP capital group.
* Cooperate with HW/SW suppliers and other IT partners, including ISP companies.
* Manage communication between the IT Opening Group and store opening Coordinators.
* Undertake day-to-day ServiceDesk operations ensuring effective support for incidents, service requests, and project works.
* Install pre-defined computer images onto desktop and laptop computers and install/re-install applications onto PCs.
* Work with ServiceDesk for ticket solving and replying to service requests, including limited remote support for LPP Group countries.
* Manage hardware repair through customer-defined warranty routes.
* Escalate issues to the Leader and local Operations Manager that do not meet service/project delivery targets or cannot be resolved.
* Provide basic hardware break-fix services.
* Prepare user manuals, instructions, documentation, and training as required.
* Ensure compliance with internal regulations and instructions of superiors.
**Required Qualifications and Competencies:**
* Interest in technical solutions and at least 2 years of previous IT experience.
* Proven customer service skills and experience dealing with IT 3rd parties.
* At least good English knowledge (written and spoken) and excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of other Central/Eastern/Southern European languages (Russian, Serbian, Italian, Greek etc.) is a bonus.
* Pro-active approach when issues arise.
* Good organizational skills, priority-driven, and able to multitask.
* Basic understanding of the retail sales business.
* A driving license is required.
* Willingness for business trips abroad if needed.
* ITIL 4 Foundation certification or skills are a bonus.
**Technical Skills:**
* Windows 10/11 configuration
* SCCM
* Knowledge of networks (LAN, WAN, VPN)
* Active Directory experience
* Android, o365, Jira / Confluence (user level)
* Hardware configuration skills
