Description
We are looking for a specialist to audit, re-architect, and reskin the existing Mautic integration within our proprietary CRM product, LeadSpark. The current implementation suffers from significant performance and usability challenges caused by architectural misalignments and inefficient frontend workflows.
This is not a greenfield project—Mautic is already integrated and deployed across multiple tenants with active user data. However, the system requires substantial backend reengineering and streamlined frontend UX improvements to achieve production-grade stability.
Responsibilities:
Strong PHP expertise – essential, as Mautic is primarily PHP-based
Symfony framework experience – critical for working effectively with Mautic’s architecture
MySQL/MariaDB proficiency – for database management, performance tuning, and optimization
JavaScript skills – for frontend customization and tracking logic implementation
HTML/CSS knowledge – for template development and UI/UX refinements
Mautic-specific expertise – hands-on experience with configuring, extending, and troubleshooting Mautic
Language Requirements: excellent English
