**Responsibilities:**
* Installing and ensuring proper operation of the company’s computer equipment and other office technical devices, including printers, scanners, video surveillance cameras, and related hardware.
* Installing and administering the company’s network infrastructure.
* Ensuring uninterrupted operation of company-implemented software applications and video surveillance systems.
* Timely reporting of any malfunctions or failures related to software, hardware, or network systems to the relevant company departments, including immediate notification of the Revenue Service in case of video surveillance network outage.
* Software-based tracking and processing of container movements at the terminal using company-implemented systems.
* Providing relevant company departments with accurate and timely information regarding container movements.
* Continuous coordination with the direct supervisor and, when required, with employees of other relevant departments.
**General Requirements:**
* **Network and Infrastructure:**
* Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing/switching fundamentals.
* Ability to diagnose LAN/WAN networks and resolve issues.
* Knowledge in installation and maintenance of physical network infrastructure (fiber optic and Ethernet networks, patch panels).
* Ensuring reliable and stable operation of network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls).
* **Microsoft 365 Ecosystem:**
* User support for Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Office applications.
* Email configuration and management of user access rights and permissions.
* **Hardware and Peripheral Devices:**
* Knowledge of installation and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
* Ability to quickly diagnose hardware malfunctions and resolve issues.
* **CCTV and Security Systems:**
* Knowledge in planning, configuration, and maintenance of IP CCTV (video surveillance) systems.
* Ensuring prompt repair or replacement of faulty cameras.
* Knowledge working with VMS (Video Management System) software.
* **Other Knowledge and Skills:**
* Knowledge of operating systems and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
* Advanced proficiency in office software applications.
* Effective communication skills.
* Ability to manage and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong self-management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* Fluency in Georgian and English (written and spoken).
