IT Engineer – Microsoft
About the profile:
We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join our Enterprise IT team. The ideal candidate has a solid background working in enterprise environments and is confident managing Microsoft-based infrastructure and cloud solutions.
This role is for someone with proven, hands-on experience in maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and improving existing setups. You`ll work across systems, cloud platforms, and security to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and support enterprise IT systems, servers, and cloud environments.
Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID.
Manage and support collaboration and communication platforms such as Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and related Microsoft 365 services.
Support virtualization and endpoint management.
Maintain clear system documentation and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Requirements – Must have:
English B1 or higher, with clear written and spoken communication for international teamwork.
2-4 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or enterprise IT operations.
Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server environments.
Practical experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
Experience with endpoint management and monitoring tools.
Knowledge of IT service management (incident, change, and request processes).
Requirements – Nice to have:
AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate) or MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator Associate) certifications.
Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience with Linux environments – strong skills in both Windows and Linux are a big advantage.
Familiarity with Intune, VMware.
Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, wireless).
Hands-on experience with backup and recovery tools, especially Veeam.
Understanding of ITIL and experience with ServiceNow or similar tools.
