**IT Engineer – Batumi**
**About the profile:**
MIGx is a global consulting company with an exclusive focus on the healthcare and life science industries. We are seeking an IT Engineer to join our team, working across Enterprise IT and Service Desk. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in infrastructure or enterprise IT backed with experience in IT support.
**Responsibilities:**
* Support and maintain infrastructure and internal IT systems, including:
* Service desk and user support
* Azure / other cloud solutions
* Networking (wired and wireless)
* Applications support
* Security
* Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
* Work on enterprise-scale IT or data-related projects aligned with your development path.
**Requirements – Must have:**
* 1-2 years of real experience in IT support or infrastructure.
* Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
* Enterprise IT (systems administration, network)
* IT Support / Service Desk Operations
* Azure, AWS or any other cloud platforms
* Understanding of ITIL.
* Passionate about learning new things and growing.
* Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
**Languages:**
* Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher is mandatory.
