IT Engineer – Batumi
Responsibilities:
* Manage and support enterprise IT systems, servers, and cloud environments.
* Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID.
* Manage and support collaboration and communication platforms such as Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and related Microsoft 365 services.
* Support virtualization and endpoint management.
* Maintain clear system documentation and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Requirements – Must have:
* English B1 or higher, with clear written and spoken communication for international teamwork.
* 2-4 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or enterprise IT operations.
* Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server environments.
* Practical experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
* Experience with endpoint management and monitoring tools.
* Knowledge of IT service management (incident, change, and request processes).
Requirements – Nice to have:
* AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate) or MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator Associate) certifications.
* Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
* Experience with Linux environments – strong skills in both Windows and Linux are a big advantage.
* Familiarity with Intune, VMware.
* Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, wireless).
* Hands-on experience with backup and recovery tools, especially Veeam.
* Understanding of ITIL and experience with ServiceNow or similar tools.
