**IT Business Analyst**
**What You’ll Be Doing**
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
* Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and process flows for development teams.
* Act as the key liaison between business units and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Create and maintain essential documentation (BRDs, user stories, process maps).
* Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, grooming).
* Support QA and UAT testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
**What You Bring to the Team**
* 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
* Strong understanding of Agile/SDLC methodologies.
* Proven ability to create clear requirements and process documentation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
