Nexus is recruiting a Project Manager with a strong interest in technology, natural curiosity, and a commitment to shaping digital products.
Position overview:
* Job Title: Project Manager
* Compensation: 5 000+ GEL (NET, negotiable based on experience)
* Work Schedule: Full-time
* Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Requirements:
* Experience: proven track record in a Project Manager, or Scrum Master role within a software development environment (Fintech experience is a plus). Minimum 1 year of experience required; 2+ years preferred.
* Agile Proficiency: deep understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies, with the ability to adapt processes to fit team needs.
* Technical Literacy: familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Jira, Postman, and Git, UML and the ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.
* Communication: exceptional verbal and written English (upper-intermediate+). Ability to distill complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, Russian language is a plus.
* Self-starter Mentality: highly independent, driven, and comfortable navigating ambiguity to bring structure to new initiatives.
* Analytical Mindset: strong ability to identify bottlenecks, analyze project health metrics, and propose data-driven optimizations.
What you’ll do:
* End-to-end Orchestration: lead software development initiatives from discovery and planning through to successful delivery and maintenance.
* Stakeholder Alignment: act as the primary point of contact for project health, ensuring scope, risks, and dependencies are clearly communicated across product, engineering, and executive teams.
* Resource & Priority Management: partner with Product Owners to balance competing priorities, ensuring the development team is focused on high-impact tasks.
* Risk Mitigation: proactively identify potential blockers and navigate cross-team dependencies to keep projects on track.
* Process Optimization: continuously evaluate and improve team workflows to increase velocity and quality of delivery.
* Documentation: maintain high-quality project documentation, roadmaps, and status reports to ensure organizational transparency.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: facilitate seamless transitions between testing, deployment, and post-launch support by coordinating with QA, DevOps, and Support teams.
