**Position:** QA Engineer

**Job Description:**
NexTbil Tech is looking for a QA Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the IT industry, specifically in Database Engineering.
**Responsibilities:**
* Ensure the quality of software products through rigorous testing.
* Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
* Identify, document, and track bugs.
* Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
* Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years of experience in QA engineering.
* Proficiency in IT and Database Engineering.
* Experience with software testing methodologies and tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Proficiency in English.
