Job Description
Position is 100% remote – contract is approximately 9 months and may be extended.
Full life cycle technical recruiting across a variety of technical roles, such as, Software Development Engineer, Technical Project Managers, Software Development Managers Etc.,
Must be able to multitask – working on multiple searches -requisitions simultaneously while supporting and communicating daily with Talent Managers
Familiar with ATS systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets
Familiarity with HR recruiting metrics
Experience working remotely
Highly responsive
You work well under deadlines and pressure
Excellent communication skills.
Must be comfortable with high volume sourcing
Metrics standard for this technical recruiting position is 250 candidates per week.
Qualifications
Client has many remote Technical Recruiting positions in every state throughout the U. S.
Requirements
Must have a four-year degree – no exceptions
A minimum of 2 years’ Technical Recruiting experience
Corporate Recruiting and / or agency technical recruiting experience a must.
