International software company Nugios Systems is announcing a vacancy for the position of Scrum Master.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Organizing and managing Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Review, Retrospective.
* Removing impediments for the team.
* Mentoring in Agile practices and leadership principles.
* Supporting the Product Owner in managing the backlog and communicating with stakeholders.
* Encouraging team self-organization and collaboration.
**Qualifications:**
* Deep knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
* Facilitation and mentoring skills.
* Problem-solving and conflict management skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Team-oriented leadership.
* Proficiency in English is required.
* Knowledge of Russian is desirable.
* Higher education, preferably with relevant training or certifications.
**Conditions:**
* Working hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Salary: Based on qualifications
