**Job Title:** AI Developer
**Role Description:**
Builds and deploys AI-powered features and models across Nuvra Tech products. Works on data processing, model training, integration of LLMs and machine learning systems, and optimizing AI performance. Collaborates with backend, product, and UX teams to implement intelligent automation, enhance user experience, and ensure scalable, reliable AI-driven solutions.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Build, fine-tune, and evaluate LLM-based agents for transforming user prompts into frontend/backend code
* Design prompt parsing systems using tools like LlamaIndex, semantic embeddings, and retrievers
* Develop and maintain data pipelines to ingest feedback and improve AI accuracy
* Create custom prompts, templates, and workflows that generate React components and API logic
* Integrate with external APIs like Supabase, Clerk, Stripe, Resend, and OpenAI
* Write tests, debug performance issues, and continuously improve code output quality
* Leverage vector search technologies to enhance Arabic language model capabilities and information retrieval systems
**Job Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, is preferred.
* 3+ years of experience with AI orchestration
* Advanced programming skills in Python, Node.js, TypeScript, and FastAPI
* Experience with LlamaIndex, HuggingFace Transformers, ChromaDB, or Pinecone
* Frontend proficiency in React, Vite, Tailwind CSS, and component libraries
* Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, Git, and modern dev environments
* Exposure to prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and real-time inference optimization
* Experience working with AWS cloud platform is a plus.
* Understanding of web security best practices and performance optimization.
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid in-office and remote setup.
