**Location**: Tbilisi, Georgia (Remote)
**Company Overview**:

You’ll work across the stack, from designing user interfaces to building scalable backend systems. Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in Georgian and/or Arabic is a plus.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
* Design, develop, and maintain web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
* Build and maintain backend systems and APIs using modern Node.js.
* Create responsive, dynamic, and visually appealing front-end interfaces using React.js or Next.js.
* Collaborate with designers, mobile developers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
* Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
* Implement and manage third-party integrations, such as analytics and tracking tools.
* Ensure the security of web applications through best practices and modern tools.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of web systems.
* Stay updated on emerging web development technologies and frameworks to incorporate into the platform.
**Job Requirements**:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, is preferred.
* 5+ years of relevant experience.
* Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
* Proficiency in backend development using Node.js, and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
* Experience with CMS tools like Strapi or WordPress, is a plus.
* Strong front-end development skills with expertise in React.js.
* Familiarity with CSS preprocessors or frameworks like Tailwind.
* Familiarity with Git.
* Experience working with AWS cloud platform is a plus.
* Understanding of web security best practices and performance optimization.
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid in-office and remote setup.
