**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi for a Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role, you will perform quality control and assurance checks to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Core responsibilities include overseeing quality management processes, implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and conducting quality audits to identify areas for improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality deliverables and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**

* Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and ensuring product standards.
* Understanding of Quality Management and implementing quality systems effectively.
* Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and industry standards.
* Proficiency in conducting Quality Audits and assessments to ensure compliance.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Effective communication skills for team collaboration and reporting.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
