**Job Title:** Senior Java Developer

**Responsibilities:**
* Design, plan, and execute the roadmap for the team, focusing on introducing new ways to improve application performance.
* Participate in and lead the design of complex features across the platform.
* Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Collaborate with team members on technological and architectural topics to drive engineering excellence.
**Qualifications:**
* 6+ years of experience as a Java Engineer, specializing in the Spring Framework.
* 2+ years of practical hands-on experience in developing and researching algorithms.
* Experience working with Relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
* Experience designing and architecting large, scalable cloud-based applications.
* Experience working with Microservice architecture and event-based systems.
* Strong mathematical background.
* Outstanding drive and communication skills.
* Organizational and time-management skills.
**Nice to Have:**
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP).
* Experience with Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes technologies.
* BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
