OnAim is a technology company developing a comprehensive gamification platform delivered as a SaaS solution for iGaming, eCommerce, Fintech, and other industries with large user bases and high transaction volumes. Our platform enables businesses to enhance user engagement through configurable mini-games, achievement systems, rewards management, and analytics tools.

As we expand our platform capabilities and client partnerships, we’re seeking a dedicated Integration Engineer to join our team.

Job Details:
Location: Chavchavadze avenue (On-site)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 or 10:00-19:00

What You’ll do:
Collaborate directly with client technical teams to integrate OnAim’s gamification platform into their systems.
Analyze partner documentation and design mapping between their APIs and OnAim’s internal contracts.
Provide technical onboarding and support to client developers, explaining API usage, data structures, and integration logic.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across backend and frontend components.
Maintain and enhance integration modules, APIs, and data pipelines.
Work closely with OnAims backend, frontend, and infrastructure teams to ensure stable, scalable integrations.
Support clients post-integration with application-level troubleshooting and issue resolution.

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on backend.
Solid knowledge of .NET / C# and experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Good command of JavaScript; experience with React is a plus.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Experience integrating third-party APIs and handling system-to-system communication.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
A proactive, service-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
