OneClick Airways is seeking experienced professionals to join our team as a System Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
* Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
* Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
* Implementing data backup/recovery
* Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
* Answering technical queries and assisting users.
* Responsibility for system security.
* Troubleshooting any reported problems.
* Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
* Configuring, adding, and deleting file systems.
* Training users
* Plan and manage the server room environment.
Requirements:
* Bachelorβs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
* Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
* Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, server management, and data backup/recovery
* Good understanding of cybersecurity, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
* Hands-on experience with hardware/software installation and user management.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
