Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
🌍 Fully Remote (offices in Limassol, Kyiv, London, Tbilisi)
🕓 Shifts: 17:00–01:00 or 00:00–08:00 CET
Our client is one of the fastest-growing B2B iGaming solution providers in Europe, with over 100 remote team members across the continent. They deliver high-quality software platforms, payment integrations, marketing tools, and technical support for online casino and betting operators.
As the company continues to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer who will help strengthen infrastructure reliability and scalability, ensuring top performance under high transaction volumes and strict regulatory demands.
What you’ll do:
– Maintain and improve SLA/SLO/SLI metrics for critical systems (live games, sports betting, payments, KYC)
– Manage and support highly available infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS, hybrid, bare metal)
– Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK)
– Automate deployments and operations via CI/CD (Jenkins, ArgoCD, Helm)
– Conduct post-incident reviews and reduce MTTR
– Collaborate with Dev, QA, DevOps, and Ops teams to ensure system stability and uptime
– Ensure compliance with infrastructure security and jurisdictional regulations
What we’re looking for:
– 4–5+ years of experience in SRE / DevOps / Infrastructure roles
– Solid Linux administration and Kubernetes skills
– Strong understanding of AWS or hybrid data center setups
– Experience with Terraform, Helm, Ansible (Werf as a plus)
– Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing
– Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Loki
– Experience in troubleshooting logs, stacktraces, and incident management
– Availability to work evening/night shifts (5 PM–8 AM CET window)
Bonus points for:
– Background in high-load environments (iGaming, fintech, trading)
– Scripting (Python, Bash, Go)
– Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis
– Understanding of Java/PHP frameworks
