**The Opportunity**
As a Technical Recruiter at Overview.ai, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to help build the future of manufacturing. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated recruiter to contribute to scaling a world-class engineering team in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
**What You’ll Do**
* Proactively source, identify, and engage engineering talent for a variety of technical roles using a multi-channel approach.
* Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, coordinate interviews, and support the hiring process.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every candidate, from initial contact to offer.
* Provide regular updates to hiring managers and the talent team on pipeline status and recruiting activity.
* Leverage our recruiting tech stack, including Dover (ATS), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha, to build and manage a strong talent pipeline.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and the overall candidate experience.
**What We’re Looking For**
* 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech or startup environments.
* Strong ability to understand technical concepts and role requirements (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Factory Automation, Computer Vision).
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey our company’s vision and value proposition.
* Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote setting.
* Experience using modern sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
