The Global Security and Investigations team is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a **Security Investigations Lead**. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and conducting complex investigations, developing and implementing security policies and procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and protect company assets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of investigators, providing guidance and mentorship, and ensuring the highest standards of investigative integrity and professionalism. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and executing thorough investigations into security incidents, policy violations, and potential threats.
* Developing, implementing, and maintaining robust security policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Conducting risk assessments and identifying vulnerabilities within the organization.
* Collaborating with legal, HR, IT, and other departments to resolve security issues.
* Managing and mentoring a team of security investigators, including performance management and professional development.
* Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations on investigative findings and recommendations.
* Staying abreast of emerging security threats, trends, and technologies.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
* Developing and delivering security awareness training to employees.
* Representing the Global Security and Investigations team in various internal and external forums.
