About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Web Developer to join our team and take a key role in building, maintaining, and scaling high-quality web applications. You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to turn complex requirements into elegant, performant solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, technical leadership, and hands-on development.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business and user needs into technical solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
Lead technical decision-making and contribute to architecture discussions
Review code and mentor junior and mid-level developers
Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems
Stay up to date with modern web technologies and industry trends
About You
5+ years of experience in web development
Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar
Solid experience with backend technologies (e.g. Node.js, APIs, databases)
Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, browser behavior, and performance optimization
Experience with version control (Git), testing, and CI/CD workflows
Comfortable taking ownership and driving features from concept to production
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice to have
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code
Previous experience in a fast-paced startup or product-driven environment
