**Senior Provider Recruiter – Vinings, GA (On-Site)**
CRH Healthcare is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, preferably in the healthcare clinical industry (Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians, Certified Medical Assistants). The role requires a self-starter who is enthusiastic, motivated, articulate, and internet-savvy. Strong organizational skills, resourcefulness, and a sense of urgency are essential, along with the ability to adapt quickly and be a strong team player with creative problem-solving skills.
**Responsibilities:**
* Build relationships with hiring managers to define candidate requirements.
* Post, track, and maintain open positions on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Source candidates using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and hireEZ.
* Manage the candidate process efficiently, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Assist in hiring decisions by providing feedback and advice to hiring managers.
* Proactively develop talent pipelines through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and networking.
* Identify and establish relationships with recruiting agencies, background check companies, and other relevant resources.
* Provide status reports to leadership on relevant positions.
**Qualifications:**
* 6+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in the healthcare provider and clinical industry (Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians, Certified Medical Assistants).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Competitive and aggressive approach to sourcing (hunter mentality).
* Strong knowledge of web-based Applicant Tracking Systems.
* Skilled in building and maintaining talent networks through ongoing relationship management and networking.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Word and Excel.
* Bachelor’s degree preferred.
