**Job Title:** Senior Provider Recruiter – Vinings, GA

**Job Description Summary:**
CRH Healthcare is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, the ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, preferably in the healthcare clinical industry, with a focus on Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians, and Certified Medical Assistants. This role requires a results-oriented, organized, and motivated individual who can attract and hire qualified talent to support the company’s growth.

**Responsibilities:**
* Build relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
* Post, track, and maintain open positions on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Utilize sourcing tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and hireEZ.
* Manage the full candidate process, including sourcing, identification, phone screens, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
* Assist hiring managers with hiring decisions and provide feedback.
* Proactively develop talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.
* Identify and build relationships with recruiting agencies and background check companies.
* Provide status reports to leadership on relevant positions.

**Qualifications:**
* 6+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in the healthcare provider and clinical industry (Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians, Certified Medical Assistants).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Competitive and driven (“Hunter”) mentality.
* Proficiency with web-based Applicant Tracking Systems.
* Skilled in building and maintaining talent networks.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Working proficiency with MS Office suite (Word and Excel).
* Bachelor’s degree preferred.
