**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct competitive and market analysis, including UX patterns, promotions, payments, onboarding/KYC flows, and retention strategies.
* Apply strong understanding of the Canadian market, including provincial nuances, compliance requirements, and player trust expectations.
* Use data to define, track, and optimize product KPIs across onboarding, KYC, payments, promotions, game lobby UX, and CRM/retention.
* Perform advanced analysis using SQL (funnels, cohorts, segmentation, retention) and analytics/BI tools (e.g. GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Tableau).
* Own product execution end-to-end: write PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage a prioritized backlog.
* Prioritize initiatives using frameworks such as RICE, ICE, or WSJF, aligning closely with stakeholders.
* Work cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, Data/BI, CRM/Marketing, Risk/Fraud, Compliance, and Support teams.
* Operate effectively in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) with parallel discovery and delivery.
* Translate compliance requirements into clear product specifications and UX solutions.
* Work within compliance-driven constraints, including Responsible Gambling features, KYC/AML processes, and promotion transparency.

**Required Experience:**

* 2–4+ years’ experience in Product Management or Product Ownership for B2C digital products (iGaming experience preferred).
* Hands-on experience with core casino product flows: payments, bonuses/promotions, KYC, risk/fraud, CRM, and customer support.
* Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
* Demonstrated success improving conversion funnels from registration through repeat deposit.
