**Role Overview:**
* Formation of recruitment requests and communication with internal stakeholders.
* Sourcing AI engineers, developers, QA engineers, DevOps, etc. using all available channels, including direct search.
* Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
* Labor market analysis.
* Supporting onboarding and adaptation of new employees during the probation period.
* Participation in other HR projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Formation of recruitment requests and communication with internal stakeholders.
* Sourcing AI engineers, developers, QA engineers, and analysts using all available channels, including direct search.
* Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
* Labor market analysis.
* Supporting onboarding and adaptation of new employees during the probation period.
* Participation in other HR projects.
**What We’re Looking For:**
* 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency experience is a plus).
* Ability to work in a dynamic team and quickly adapt to changes and new business requirements.
* Deep knowledge of the international IT labor market and strong technical awareness.
* Experience in international sourcing.
* Understanding of how IT consulting businesses operate.
* Proactivity, stress resilience, ability to balance process and results, cope with setbacks, and consistently achieve outcomes.
* Education: at least secondary education.
