We are growing fast and looking for a dedicated **IT Specialist / Bitrix24** Administrator to join our dynamic team and take a key role in digital operations and system support.
Your Responsibilities
* Administer and optimize Bitrix24: pipelines, automation, reports, access rights
* Integrate and support systems
* Provide day-to-day tech support to the team (software, hardware, network)
* Set up and maintain workstations, office equipment, and peripherals
* Train users and create easy-to-follow guides
* Collaborate with developers to improve tools and resolve issues
What We Expect
* 2+ years of experience with Bitrix24 and general IT support
* Knowledge of both cloud and on-premise Bitrix24 versions
* Solid troubleshooting skills: OS, software, devices, networks
* Experience with accounting software (Balansi or similar) is a plus
* Reliable, self-driven, well-organized, and a strong communicator
* Bitrix24 certifications are a bonus, not a requirement
