PickPro QA is supporting one of our partner companies in finding a highly skilled Mid–Senior QA/Test Engineer with strong experience in banking systems and a proactive, collaborative mindset. If you’re passionate about quality, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to work with a team that values ownership and continuous improvement this role is for you.
Location: Remote/Hybrid (Georgia-based candidates)
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, design, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and checklists
* Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
* Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, designers, and business teams
* Analyze requirements and ensure the quality of banking workflows and processes
* Identify, document, and track defects with clarity and accuracy
* Validate backend flows using SQL
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience as a QA/Test Engineer.
* Mandatory experience in banking or fintech projects (core banking, payments, cards, compliance, etc.).
* Strong knowledge of SQL (medium-advanced level).
* Experience testing web and/or mobile applications.
* Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle.
* Experience working in Agile teams.
Preferred/Bonus Skills
* Experience with digital banking platforms
* Familiarity with API testing tools (Swagger, Postman, etc.)
* Basic understanding of test automation concepts
* Knowledge of mobile testing practices
