Senior Full-Stack Developer (2-Week Contract – AWS Deployment Focus)

Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to complete the final 15% of a production-ready multi-tenant logistics SaaS platform and deploy it to AWS within 2 weeks. This is an urgent, high-impact contract requiring proven experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, and AWS EKS.
About the Project
We are launching Precellia, a multi-tenant logistics SaaS platform supporting parcel tracking, routing, pickup-point operations, and multi-portal access for different user types.
The system is ~85% production-ready. We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to finish remaining MVP features and complete a full AWS production deployment within a strict 2-week timeline.
This is a high-impact, execution-heavy contract role with potential for long-term engagement.
What You’ll Work With
Current State:
Backend: 32 TypeScript services, 0 compilation errors, 85% test coverage
Frontend: 6 Next.js 14 portals
Database: PostgreSQL + Prisma ORM (multi-tenant)
Infra: Docker Compose (local), ready for AWS migration
Documentation: Complete architectural documentation
Architecture Highlights:
Standardized service patterns
RESTful APIs w/ Swagger
Clean, uniform codebase
No tech debt / no rewrites needed
Responsibilities
Week 1 – Feature Completion & Testing
Complete remaining MVP features (all documented)
Fix major bugs from the testing checklist
UI/UX polish across all portals
Prepare environment configs, secrets, deployment readiness
Begin AWS architecture planning
Week 2 – AWS Deployment & Go-Live
Set up AWS production environment:
EKS (Kubernetes cluster)
RDS PostgreSQL (backups, security, migrations)
ElastiCache Redis cluster
S3 storage
VPC, security groups, load balancers
DNS & TLS/SSL
Configure CI/CD:
Docker images → ECR
GitHub Actions workflow
Staging → production promotion
Automated Prisma migrations
Monitoring & Alerting:
CloudWatch dashboards + logs
Sentry or similar error tracking
Health checks & uptime monitoring
Execute Production Deployment:
Deploy all services to EKS
Smoke tests + load tests
Resolve final issues
Produce deployment runbook and training docs
Requirements
Technical Must-Haves
5+ years experience with:
TypeScript
Node.js / Express
React / Next.js 13/14 (App Router)
Strong experience with:
PostgreSQL + Prisma ORM
Redis
Docker (multi-stage builds, compose)
AWS EKS (Kubernetes)
Proven experience deploying production systems on AWS
Strong debugging + testing mindsets
Ability to execute independently
Ability to start immediately
