This is a Senior Data Scientist role focused on building and deploying machine learning models for our recommendation engine. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of model development, from data exploration and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and production deployment. This includes designing and implementing A/B tests to measure model impact and iterating on models based on performance feedback. You will also collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into our platform and mentor junior data scientists. We are looking for someone with strong Python skills, experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and a solid understanding of statistical modeling and experimentation. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.
