**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Regulation Plan – Masterplan Engineer / Designer, located in Tbilisi with some work from home flexibility. The Engineer / Designer will be responsible for creating and implementing master plans, developing regulatory plans, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Daily tasks include designing, drafting, and revising plans, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and contributing to the successful completion of projects.
**Qualifications**
* Experience in Masterplan and Urban Design
* Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
* Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and zoning laws
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
* Previous experience in construction management is a plus
* Experience of approving masterplans in Mtskheta Municipality would be a plus
