**Responsibilities:**
* Design, deploy, and maintain scalable infrastructure on bare metal and cloud platforms, preferably OVH.
* Manage Kubernetes clusters for production workloads.
* Administer and optimize PostgreSQL and Redis in high-traffic environments.
* Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of services using modern DevOps practices.
* Collaborate closely with backend engineers to ensure smooth integration and performance of services.
* Implement security best practices, disaster recovery, and high-availability setups.
* Continuously improve infrastructure performance, reliability, and observability.
* Contribute to infrastructure as code and maintain clean, well-documented automation scripts.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Strong DevOps experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
* Hands-on experience with bare metal infrastructure (ideally OVH).
* Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis in production.
* Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.).
* Comfortable with high-pressure, rapid iteration, and complex problem-solving.
* Proven ability to take ownership and deliver reliable infrastructure solutions.
* Fluent in English, written and spoken.
**Nice to have:**
* Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) alongside bare metal.
* Exposure to blockchain or high-performance trading systems.
* Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
* Interest in AI-driven infrastructure optimization.
