As a Junior Tech Recruiter, you will be part of the HR team, working closely with technical stakeholders to support hiring for engineering roles. This role is designed for someone at an early stage of their recruitment career who is motivated to learn and grow in technical hiring.

You will support the recruitment process end-to-end with guidance from senior team members, helping ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience while gradually building strong recruiting skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Support sourcing, screening, and evaluation of candidates for engineering roles, with exposure to profiles involving PHP and Vue.js.
Candidate Experience: Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and technical stakeholders to understand role requirements and support hiring decisions.
Market Awareness: Develop an understanding of technical hiring trends and salary benchmarks with guidance from senior recruiters.
Process Support: Assist in maintaining and improving recruitment workflows, tools, and documentation to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a structured pipeline of qualified engineering candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Your Skills:
Early professional experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field, with hands-on exposure to recruitment activities
Practical experience supporting or managing parts of the hiring process, such as sourcing, screening, interview coordination, or candidate communication
Strong interest in technical recruitment and understanding of engineering roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Tech-savvy, with a genuine interest in technology and the ability to quickly understand technical roles, tools, and terminology
Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and readiness to take increasing ownership
