**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Talent Acquisition:** Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for engineering and product roles. Experience with PHP and Vue.js is a plus.
* **Candidate Experience:** Manage the recruitment process to provide a professional and positive experience for candidates.
* **Team Partnership:** Collaborate with the HR department and technical team to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Experience hiring for Tech Lead and senior positions is a plus.
* **Market Insights:** Stay informed about technical hiring trends and competitive compensation benchmarks to support recruitment decisions.
* **Process Improvement:** Optimize recruitment processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
* **Talent Pipeline:** Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical needs.
**Skills:**
* 2-4+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles.
* Strong understanding of engineering roles, technical stacks, and software development processes.
* Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing/recruitment tools.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive recruitment strategies.
