**Position Title:** Senior React Native Developer
**Company:** ProCredit Bank Georgia
**Location:** Tbilisi, Georgia
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Participate in architectural decisions.
* Provide technical mentorship, assistance, and code reviews for junior/mid-level developers.
* Coordinate with product teams.
* Develop and support mobile applications using React Native.
* Ensure application performance, quality, and stability (Speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility).
* Collaborate with the backend team in API design processes.
* Cooperate with QA specialists, UI/UX designers, and DevOps.
* Control code quality through Unit Testing and Code Review.
* Implement logging and monitoring (Session Time out and auto logout, errors, user actions).
* Participate in planning and creating CI/CD pipelines.
* Improve rendering performance.
* Implement secure authentication (OAuth2, JWT, biometric).
* Control application versions.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 4 years of work experience in a similar position.
* Technical English proficiency.
* Attention to detail.
* Good organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently.
* Ability to work under stress.
* Ability to work with large and complex systems.
* Communication and teamwork skills.
**Technical Skills:**
* In-depth knowledge of iOS and Android platforms.
* In-depth knowledge of React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.
* Knowledge of architectural approaches.
* In-depth knowledge of State Management (Redux, Context API, MobX).
* In-depth knowledge of JSON, REST API Integration.
* In-depth knowledge of Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
* In-depth knowledge of Mobile App Security principles.
* In-depth knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines.
* In-depth knowledge of authorization and authentication systems (OAuth2).
* Experience writing Unit Tests.
