Proteams is a leading Freelance Marketplace based in Europe supporting leading multinational enterprises in external workforce activities by sourcing and managing teams of top-tier independent professionals, either freelancers or contractors, with a particular focus on IT, Digital and Creative positions and projects.
Responsibilities
Sourcing and screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirements
Acting as the main point of contact for candidates from initial application through to the offer stage
Communicating with clients to gather role requirements, provide candidate updates, and align on expectations
Working across a variety of roles, functions, locations, and seniority levels
Participating in the development, maintenance, and ongoing updates of our recruitment platform
Scheduling and arranging interviews for candidates
Collaborating closely with hiring managers and internal teams to align on hiring processes and evaluations
Qualifications
Proven experience in sourcing and screening candidates, especially via LinkedIn
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote and international environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (very good to fluent level)
Experience communicating with clients or hiring managers regarding job roles and candidate updates
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in parallel
