**Job Title:** Senior Backend Developer

**Job Description:**
Proxied is seeking a seasoned backend developer to build scalable systems. The role primarily involves working with Node.js (TypeScript/JavaScript), with GoLang experience being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), functional programming, and object-oriented principles, as well as experience with both monorepo and microservice architectures.
**Responsibilities:**
* Design and maintain APIs using GraphQL, REST, tRPC, gRPC, and WebSockets.
* Implement reliable data storage solutions, including relational databases, NoSQL (especially MongoDB), and columnar databases.
* Optimize performance with caching and in-memory storage (e.g., Redis/KV).
* Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and frontend teams to deliver features from concept to production.
* Stay updated with new trends and best practices in backend development.
**Requirements:**
* 6+ years of professional Node.js development experience.
* Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (GoLang is a plus).
* Familiarity with DDD, functional, and OOP paradigms.
* Experience working in monorepos and microservices.
* Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (especially MongoDB), and familiarity with columnar storage.
* Comfortable with Redis for caching and session management.
* Experience with GraphQL, REST, tRPC, gRPC, and WebSockets.
* English proficiency at the B2-C1 level.
