To support and drive our ongoing growth, we are currently seeking a Shift Lead to join our Live Gaming Studio in Tbilisi. As a key role within the organization, the Shift Lead will play a pivotal part in enhancing operational efficiency and contributing to our overall success.
Requirements:
Junior ST – performance control and reporting; checking OC board and changing status;
Create and manage employees’ shift work and schedule according to business needs.
Maintain and update any changes that may occur due to business needs
Ensure that shifts are always covered
Initiate scheduling efficiency changes, implement different procedures to improve schedule management and workflow;
Schedule employee absences such as vacations, sick leaves, maternity/paternity leaves, etc. ensure appropriate coverage.
Ensure that scheduling KPI targets are achieved – rotation efficiency, overtime, native language coverage, shuffle service coverage, etc.
Answer phone calls while on shift.
Inform employees about changes in their schedule via phone/emails or any other method introduced.
Correctly report working hours and ensure great collaboration with payroll department.
Maintain accurate attendance records.
Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves, and other absences
Handle escalated cases by Junior STs
Tracking project table;
Generate monthly/weekly reports;
Vacation, salary in advance, document approval along with HR team considering headcount.
Use various internal systems including but not limited to JIRA, WIKI, Microsoft 365 suite, and scheduling software.
Conduct Studio Walks: Oversee studio walks conducted by Junior SL’s to maintain operational standards.
Incident Reporting: Collaborate closely with Senior SL’s to report and address any incidents or issues that arise during shifts.
Shift Change Management: Handle and approve shift changes and manage waiting lists in accordance with shift types and business needs
Communication Channels: Monitor common communication channels and take appropriate actions when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
One-on-One Meetings: ConductBi-weekly or monthly one-on-one meetings with Junior STs to provide coaching and feedback, including quarterly PDP.
Plan and prioritize team activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks and projects.
Process Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall team effectiveness. Updating and sharing confluence articles to the relevant stakeholders.
Collaboration: Oversee different departments collaborating together to achieve high performance across shifts.
Product and QA Troubleshooting: Help troubleshoot any product or QA problems during shifts.
Employee Engagement: Decrease staff call-ins and increase morale through employee engagement activities.
Clerical Support: Provide clerical support to all operations and Senior SLs.
Ensure adherence to internal procedures and company policies.
Any other duties as required and relevant to the role
Must have:
At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry
At least 6 months of experience in scheduling or supervisory roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work on weekends
