pubGENIUS is a React.js and Next.js development agency and ad tech startup. We build web and AI products for clients across the US and Europe. Our focus areas include DeFi, fintech, and healthcare.

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across software engineering roles. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into full-time based on performance and business needs.

You will own sourcing, screening, and pipeline management. The role is execution-focused. Speed and quality of candidates matter.

* Source candidates for technical and non-technical roles
* Screen candidates and assess technical and communication fit
* Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline
* Manage the ATS and keep all candidate data accurate and up to date
* Coordinate all hiring stages including interviews, feedback, and offers
* Maintain strong pipeline coverage for each open role
* Track and improve key hiring metrics
* Suggest improvements to sourcing and hiring processes

**Requirements**

* 2 to 5 years of experience in technical and non-technical recruiting
* Proven experience hiring software engineers
* Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
* Ability to evaluate candidates beyond CVs
* Strong communication and organization skills
* Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
* B2 to C1 level, strong written and spoken communication in English

Nice to Have

* Experience in startup or agency environments
* Familiarity with tools like Workable, Greenhouse, or similar ATS
