**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site position located in Tbilisi for a Mid Full-Stack Engineer, with some flexibility for a hybrid role, but we do love coming to the office. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of Quissly’s modules. You will collaborate with the rest of the team to implement new features, improve system performance, and ensure seamless integration of our solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to the ongoing improvement of development best practices and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code.
**Qualifications**
* Proficiency in Front-End Development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
* Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and/or Python, including experience with server-side languages and databases.
* Experience with Full-Stack Development, combining front-end and back-end skills to build cohesive applications.
* In-depth knowledge of Software Development principles, agile methodologies, and version control systems.
* Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while adhering to best practices.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
* Familiarity with working on AI-related or e-commerce projects is a plus.
* Experience in collaborative software development and code documentation.
* Some understanding and experience of breaking a project down into smaller tasks and creating an executable plan with realistic timelines.
